Litho-laminated packaging (commonly called *litho-lam*) is a hybrid manufacturing process that combines the photographic print quality of offset lithography with the structural strength of corrugated board.
### How Litho-Lamination Works:
1. High-resolution artwork is printed onto a flat, high-grade paper sheet (typically 150–250gsm SBS or coated kraft) on a commercial offset press.
2. Specialty finishes (such as soft-touch lamination, spot UV, or foil stamping) are applied to the printed sheet.
3. The printed sheet is then laminated (glued) directly onto the exposed flutes of single-face corrugated board (E-flute, B-flute, or EB-flute).
4. The combined board is die-cut into final boxes.
